Rasoul Kazemi was born in 1987 in Sari. He studied Graphic Design at the university and later professionally pursued though he never had an instructor to learn from.
Kazemi has won several awards so far, the 5th and 6th Babolsar Sand Sculpture Festival award in 2008 and 2009, and the 30th art in the village award in Koutena, Qaemshahr, and Mazandaran in 2013. He has had five solo exhibitions during the last ten years; environmental installation, “Kayer”, Koutena village, Qaemshahr, Mazandaran in 2013, sculpture exhibition “us” at art gallery in Sari in 2013, an urban installation “For the Tree” in Sari in 2014 and a sculpture exhibition “Moo” at Sarban Gallery in 2016. He has also participated in several group exhibations as well as the 9th Biennale of Tehran Sculpture.
